9. Lemon Balm Tea
Lemon is used to manage stress. It is well known to reduce psychological stress, which is the most common reason for developing thyroid disorders.
How to prepare
- Provide two tablespoons of dried lemon balm, one cup of water, and honey.
- Pour the hot water over the herb and allow it to heat for some minutes.
- Keep the lead closed to prevent the essential oils from escaping.
- Filter the decoction and take with honey.
You can take 2 to 3 cups of this herbal tea every day until symptoms disappear.
