6. Turmeric
Turmeric is commonly used as a spice that adds color and flavor to your meal. It also has some health benefits, such as:
- Reduce inflammation
- Stimulate the body to produce antioxidants.
- Prevent and treat cancer.
How to prepare
- Provide a half cup of turmeric powder, one cup of water, 70ml of cold-pressed olive oil, and one and a half teaspoon black pepper powder.
- Add the water to a pan and heat.
- Add the turmeric to the boiling water and cook until a thick paste is formed.
- Add the oil and black pepper and stir.
- Remove from heat and store in a tight jar.
- Take one teaspoon twice a day.
