7. Jaw or Throat Pain
Heart attack can manifest as jaw or throat pain. This can feel like a stabbing pain on your jaw. It can feel like tightness, pressure, or squeezing. It can also feel like you have a bad tooth.
These symptoms can last for 15 minutes or longer. Experiencing jaw or throat pain does not necessarily mean you have an impending heart attack, so you might have to consult with your health care practitioner.
